Ledgerbound is out on Steam as of August 13, 2026. That is the date that matters for saves, Resterludes, and Vacari. Everything before it is a paper trail: OmniMegaSuperCorp first aimed at July 14, slipped to August 11 with Jazz’s in-character apology video (embedded here), then waited on an extra Steam approval delay before the depot actually unlocked on the 13th.

The Jazz video still says August 11 in the title. Treat it as the apology for missing July, not as the Steam clock. RPGamer’s “out now” note on August 13 matches the store page.
Why the date moved twice
Games Press messaging in June 2026 framed the three-week slide from July 14 to August 11 as polish time: full VO, HR romance, A.R.T.E., and Eldarra satire needed QA after festival demos. Player-facing demo complaints included unclear save/pause, Steam Deck UI quirks, and prop bugs. A delay does not prove every bug died.
The second slip — August 11 to August 13 — was a short additional Steam mature-content review. OmniMegaSuperCorp joked the game was “too spicy”; later coverage cited 350,000-plus words that reviewers had to assess in context. It was not another three-week content pass. See Patch Notes. Demo history (still useful)
Festival demos were time-boxed, not always-on:
- October 2025 — Early prologue; press noted missing technical menus.
- December 2025 / Women-Led Games — Rewind, battle setup, balance, bug fixes.
- March 2026 — Wider story, more VO, romanceable Shareholders, promotion systems.
